DELIVERY METHOD

You can see the delivery costs of your order on the delivery and payment method selection page. We deliver orders as a postal package, which you can track with the tracking number. The delivery arrives at the nearest post office, post office pick-up point or Matkahuolto pick-up point. Small products that fit in a mailbox or mailbox can be delivered as a small package. In this case, the size of the package can be a maximum of 35 x 25 x 3 cm. On the website of the logistics company you have chosen, you can find the tracking information for your package using the shipment number you received. The logistics companies we use are Posti Oy, DB Schenker and Oy Matkahuolto Ab. Posti's Parcel connect works in cooperation with DHL. We may use GLS or Asendia for the International orders.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

The products in our online store are displayed in euros (EUR) or Swedish kroner (SEK). We always use the current exchange rate. For our customers in Sweden, Estonia or elsewhere in Europe, we recommend using credit card payment. The payment method is selected on the payment method website. The Klarna payment method currently only works in Finland and Germany.

SHOPIFY PAYMENTS

You can choose a credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American express) on the Payment method page. You can also choose iDEAL and Bancontact payment methods.

You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay on the checkout page. Stripe, Inc. acts as the payment intermediary. Card payments are made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems. Credit card payments

You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can choose an online bank payment or a card payment. The payment is processed immediately. If the payment processing fails, you can try again.

Invoice

When you choose Pay later as the payment method, Klarna offers you the option to pay on the due date, which is 30 days after sending the goods or tickets or from the day the services or digital content are available to you. Klarna transfers our receivables to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you payment instructions to pay the purchase directly to Klarna.
